Shipping policy


How long does it take to receive my item?

Free shipping within the United States. It generally takes about 3 working days for order processing and preparation, and the shipping time is usually within 5-20 days.

My order says delivered, but it is not here?

We have recently had issues with FedEx tracking numbers saying delivered or stuck pending, when in reality the package is still in transit to the destination. We understand this can be confusing and apologize for the inconvenience. If you would, please allow a few more days for the package to arrive at your address.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99 within contiguous US, excluding gift card products, outdoor products. For orders under $99, a flat $9.95 shipping fee applies.

Free shipping on Foodcube orders over $2,499. Regular shipping: $249 per rugs. Soil: $20 boot trays; chairs mat: $9.95 per item.

Free shipping for seed orders over $19.99, otherwise $3.95 shipping fee applies.

Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

Every Holy Garden purchase has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to be able to provide proof of purchase, usually in the form of your order confirmation email.


Returns

To start a return on an order that has been delivered, simply visit www.rklays.club and follow the steps there. If your return is approved, we’ll send you an email to confirm the return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. As a courtesy, Holy Garden will cover the charge of one return label. If your order consists of more than one item the price of the remaining return labels will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations & Changes

If you have placed an order and wish to make a change such as (but not limited to) color, size, configuration, or delivery address, there is a reroute fee if your order has already shipped but not delivered. Please note that this fee is $18 for each individual item that is being rerouted. As a courtesy, Holy Garden will cover the charge of one package. If your order consists of more than one item the price of the remaining return labels will be deducted from your refund.  

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 1 week for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
